What is a BRIDGES Facilitator? A BRIDGES Facilitator is an educator, professional, or community leader who leads students through Oakheart's 7-stage purpose discovery journey. You will use the BRIDGES digital app, the Facilitator Guide, and your own passion to help young Nigerians discover who they are and what they can become. You may start an Oakheart Club at your school, or join our programme as a visiting facilitator.
